Do you know what your owner email address is for your group? Check the footer of recent email messages from your group. If you find your proper email address, but don't have a password, use Email Me

I believe you are logged in with the wrong email address. Beside Home in that left menu, it should say Owner or Mod. Frances -- Help available from Groups.io help ( /helpcenter )

Simply not paying on the date of renewal will automatically downgrade you back to Basic (after one-month grace period, if I recall correctly). My understanding is that you would retain your legacy

You only need a Stripe account if you will be accepting Donations for your group.? It will NOT be used as payment for a group. As far as payments for a group, any reserves are used first, then the
