Brandy, I do not know if this is your problem or not, but may be something to check. If any of your members receive a message marked as spam and the member deletes all the spam, they will be removed.

Could this phenomena be happening because attachments were set to bounce, so when someone replies from a mail program that treats the original response like an attachment, it's making part of the post
