Unfortunately, to do that I suspect you will have to query the databases in situ using the API. Docs available at /api and there's a discussion group at https://beta.groups.io/g/api

For the messages I checked on my group, the hashtag is part of the Subject: line.? Were the hashtags added after the fact?? That may lead to discombobulation, but the ones I checked were correct.

Are the emails to the group being received by the group? What does it say in Activity? If they are going through when sending as BCC, then Groups.io must be interpreting them as not any special
