Re: question on sub group
Sugar,
If you can create the subgroup, the group owner will still be the

Re: Question About RSVPs
Tiffany,
We don't use the event calendar in any of our groups, so I can't

Then place her as the owner

Question About RSVPs
Hi there,
A couple years ago I researched switching our group from yahoo groups to groups.io and set up a test group. Sadly most of our members chose not to switch at that time. Fast forward to today

Re: Define Bounce
Nancy,
Most often a "bounce" is when an email service refuses to accept an incoming message. The receiving service gives a three-digit code and (optional) text explanation for why the message is not

Matty,
The .mbox content (inside the .zip file) is plain text, so you could open it with a plain text editor such as Notepad (on Windows). But what you see that way is a "View Source" of all the

Read the Help page on bouncing. It's all explained there. "Help" is at the

Re: Archive settings
The Groups.io archive comes in the form of a .mbox file.
Once downloaded, what is the mechanism for either accessing or reinstating the data?
Thanks
