If groups.io were to implement any kind of auto-promotion from moderator to owner, I would absolutely want to see an owner-only setting to disallow any kind of auto-promotion for a group.

I think Leeni is just replying to individual messages - but by the time she does, there are several, to which she replies individually, but in quick succession - so you get Post - Post - Post - Reply
