Just an important point - people who are transferred from Yahoo Groups, people you "direct add" (a premium feature), or people you invite using your group invitation process, do not get the Pending

Rob, On your group home page, there are two buttons - Apply for Membership and a green Login. You can't delete them. I am assuming your group is a restricted one. If so, you can set up a process that
