Ray,
Go to groups.io and search for your groups. If they are publicly listed, you
can find them that way. Next, your password. As long as you are at the same
email address, you can use the reset password feature when you try logging
into groups.io. It will send a link to your email for resetting the
password.
Once you get logged in again, you should be able to access all your groups.
