Not receiving copies of emails sent to [email protected] even though listed as a group owner - GROUP Sponsorship

Hello everyone,
I send out an annual reminder for group sponsorship to the owners of our group. I am listed as an owner and yet I am not receiving copies of the reminder.
Can you help me to identify a reason why this may be the case? I have searched a variety of resources and I am unable to identify the issue.
