I just tried it in CST and it worked fine, so I doubt that it's a time
zone thing. Very possibly only a glitch if Mark was "playing" with
things. I know he claims to take weekends off, but often see evidence
of him being around - posts or tweaks.
Looks like he's solved it.

Hopefully that resolves Dean's case and the other instances too.
