For Gemini I to SkyFi 3, I just made a cable with using the pinouts provided by that reference - a RJ22 (mini phone) connector on one end, and a RS232 D9 female on the other. ?It plugged directly into the SkyFi 3 D9 port and it works fine, running SkySafari 6 Pro on an iPhone.
If you want to use the USB port on the SkyFi 3 module, the socket appears to have 4 terminals. ?Beyond that, I offer no guidance, as one of the USB pins (1) on the module may be carrying 5+V. ?I suggest submitting a request to Simulation Curriculum.

how to show SkyFi first version to Gemini 1? I want to make a cable, eliminating the DB9 using only Plug, does anyone have the SkyFi - Gemini 1 RS232 pinout? Gemini uses 4-pin Plug and 8-Pin SkyFi.

I also take advantage of it for two other questions, the DEC engine runs but the worm doesn't, what can it be? Worm too tight or bearing? The engines are first generation.
