Hi Everyone

Don't know about expert, but maybe you could tell us a little more about the DDS you are using and what the problem is.

Great information on your website regarding the AD9850 and AD9851 DDS modules available on Ebay, had a great time reading through everything on your web site. There was an article in the February 2013 UK Radcom Magazine about these very cheap modules and they are incredible value for the money and I purchased a couple at just under ?4 each including postage. My intention is to layout a PCB for the Indian V4 DDS using one of these modules and put the information and files in the group files section as this makes an ideal very cheap DDS for the multiband. It would be great Terry if you would be willing to add a folder in the files section under your callsign with info on your own work with these modules. On the subject of files in the group I want to build up a good collection of useful building blocks for homebrew projects and will start the collection myself soon as time permits. Many thanks for your input Terry! Regards Andy de G6LBQ --- In g6lbq@..., "augustinetez" wrote:

I can put the info into a folder on the group site. Will convert it to PDF first. Terry VK5TM --- In g6lbq@..., "g6lbq" wrote:

Many thanks indeed, the more useful information we can accumulate in the group the better it will become. I am going to draft a PCB for the Indian V4 DDS based on the Ebay modules, this will provide a very cheap DDS unit with all the band switching required for the Multiband BitX. I will just add, I use this DDS on my multibitx but not with the eBay modules and it's an excellent design, the band pass switching is very good.

I'm looking into a cheap alternative to the expensive encoders using some bits and bobs out of my junk box so I will keep you posted. --- In g6lbq@..., "g6lbq" wrote:
