What can I say to your rant which is fully unjustified.
Let me straighten a few facts and also remind you of a few as it appears you have had a memory lapse of some description.

First of all the only person who has any rights to my work is myself and anyone I have given exclusive permission to (that does not include you by the way). Adrian Lane who was involved in the early days of DXKITS had no copyright or other claim to any of my work and I am sure he will confirm this without question.
Second point...

Quite the opposite, first of all you were going to help me with a new VFO with the help of a friend of yours, the VFO was to be a better an alternative to the one I already had available, indeed you boasted to me about your friend who was an excellent programmer and had time on his hands to develop the software as he was at home looking after his wife. Let me remind you that you furnished me with examples of your friends works via your forum and I was impressed by what I saw. ?I was interested to follow the development of the work your friend was doing and on your recommendation I purchased displays and modules to do this but to this day they are still gathering dust as I never heared from you nor kept in the loop of any progress and after many months of no contact whatsoever I chose to remove you from Skype as I felt you were taking the PISS and full of false promises. ?You may remember that I also sent you various items for your project as a means of goodwill. So as YOU can see John it is more the case that you have messed me around!
Oh by the way can you enlighten me as to what the second project is that you were going to help re-design as I have no recollection of this.

First of all the domain has absolutely nothing to do with you and your comments are not welcome. Further more your aggressive stance is unacceptable, besides my ex partner Adrian Lane did not own the domain or renew it as it was in my name. The domain was set to auto-renew which failed end of story.

To put it simply I have in no way abused you or your friend and it would be impossible for me take take the PISS when you failed to get back to me or live up-to your own promises, thanks to your false promises I am indeed out of pocket having never received any help, information or development code which I would have given valuable input to. How you can say I have abused you defies belief, I waited months for an email or Skype call and received nothing yet you have the brass neck to accuse me of taking the piss!
John you have achieved nothing with your post apart from making a fool of yourself and hopefully on reflection you will realize that as your message certainly was not made in the spirit of ham radio but maybe fuelled by a different spirit!

Hi Ken
I am still battling with Hostgator but as things stand they will not waver the redemption fee even though they admit there auto renewal system failed me. ?As a last resort I have asked for a discount but I don't hold much hope in that happening especially seen as I have not had a response back from them.
The Irwell project continues to progress all be it very slowly. Over the weekend I put some parts on the xtal filter prototype PCB's I had made, no xtals on them yet but I wanted to test the switching between the filter types and also the switching from RX to TX, all went well so I now have to match more xtals which I hope to do this week.
The receive section is almost complete and I intend to produce a board for this from the modules I have completed and tested, this will then permit the build of a multi-mode communications receiver, the transmit board will be a separate unit that will interface with the receive module to create the transceiver.
Once I have populated the filter boards with xtals I will post some pictures along with filter plots.
