H pylori and FOCC

Ron Muscella #147356 Yes Diana, I had h.pylori in 2014...after two years with melanoma and? being on the Budwig protocol. I continued with FOCC and also the diet , which? actually is geared to fighting h.pylori. The greens on the diet , e.g. like broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc? fight that invasive intestinal bug. Unfortunately.....when i went to the doctors he prescribed Pylera...a triple antibiotic. I had to take 120 pills in 10 days.....later on I founf that tore my gut apart. So if you go that route with allopathic medicine, .....ensure you take plenty of probiotics......raw and ferments edibles like sauerkraut/kimchi. Even kefir works to restore the microbiome. Also what I found to be helpful was monolaurin.... extracted from coconut oil. Finally...what helped a lot was Amy King's website. Look at it and you will find plenty of helpful information.
