FOCC dosage question

Hi, I'm sorry if I'm asking a question I should know the answer to already. But I've read the book and read online, and I still can't figure out what is the TOTAL amount of FOCC that Budwig recommended daily? I have just been taking 6 Tablespoons cottage cheese with 3 Tablespoons of flax oil one time daily. Am I supposed to do that twice daily? Thanks!

Good evening! Yes, the protocol calls for 2 servings while in the healing process. I use 2 tbs oil 4 cottage cheese twice daily with tablespoon of ground flax and honey. Just my version that works for me.?
