Budwig diet

Does anyone use goat milk yogurt?

I am concerned about the bovine growth hormone in cow's milk when using the fo/cc for breast cancer. Is the growth hormone in goat milk yogurt different? Does anyone know about that?

It's good to take flaxseed oil it seems, but what all does it do. I wonder if it helps take out the trans fatty acids, which is in most packaged food (partially hydrogenated oil).

Dr. Mary Enig wrote:
Removing trans fatty acids from the diet completely will result in an
ultimate removal of trans from the tissues.? Animal studies and some
turnover studies in humans have left the research impression that it takes
about two to three years for complete removal.

Mary G. Enig, Ph.D.

But this doesn't answer the question if flaxseed or coconut oil helps the process along. Anybody have any references?
