This last September a CT scan showed it had metastasized. At that time my oncologist said if I did Chemo I might have 2 years. Without chemo, maybe a few months. No more chemo for me.? I immediately went on the Budwig Diet on September 7 - no cheating - exact with the protocol. I just had another CT scan and my oncologist was surprised. Guys there were no new tumors. Many are gone. The radiologist report used the word STABLE several times and that's the word my oncologist used when I met with her today. STABLE. We are scheduling another scan in March of course.? Have faith and no cheating. Because it works. I feel good on the diet. Yes, I still have cancer but I am so on the right path. It works!??

But I try to take them at least an hour from the Budwig mixture so as not to interfere. ?I take Beta Glucan right after I drink my buttermilk in the morning, (could NOT stomach sauerkraut juice) ?and (when I can find an empty stomach time) – IP6 with Inositol - ?I take a good multi (Garden of Life) and turmeric (I’m muscle test for 6 a day, 3 in morning and 3 at night. I use Vita Breeze brand with all three forms of turmeric. And a few other supplements on occasion. I can’t do the Barley that Bill Henderson suggests. Bloats me uncomfortably.? I muscle test all my supplements. I use the sway method. You can google that if you’re not familiar. I trust. In full surrender to spirit I muscle test. I’m 77 so I’ve lived a good life. Not afraid of death – a bit afraid of dying but not death. I trust. So my attitude is good which I think is ‘very’ important. I am tenacious. I really like hearing my oncologist surprised. So more than clinging to life I want to prove to my oncologist that food is medicine!? She freely admitted to me that she can remember ONE afternoon of nutrition during med school. I am 12 years into life after being ex with aggressive lymphoma. Surgery and RCHOP which I quit after two infusions. Was on transitional hospice for a year and was given 24 months or less without further chemo. I am happy and healthy 12 years later and have seen my children grow up, become a grandmother, help my loved ones through the hardest of times, all not possible had I continued to a slow and controlled death with modern oncology. I have a lot of help and I am not even considering cheating, as my life depends on doing this successfully.? Don’t take one opinion – especially if it’s a medical professional – in my first message remember my oncologist said she could only remember one afternoon of nutrition classes when she was in med school.?? Listen to YOUR inner voice. Believe in what it tells you. For example the Budwig diet says no coffee. ?Well that just doesn’t work for me. I don’t have much – only ? cup in the morning and that’s 30 minutes after I’ve had my buttermilk. It’s hard to wait but I wait. If you have any questions call or email the Budwig Center. I do acupuncture, I without fail do lymph massage, and my daughter bought a Prife Terahertz Wand for me which I’ve been skeptical of and then fell in love with. Not sure I can link here for it – but you can google it. My husband’s an electrical engineer and he explained it to me and believes in it. When I was just into week 3 of the Budwig Diet I too was scared and yet before too long people started saying, ‘wow you look good’ – all those omega 3s were working!? Keep the faith. Well, set me up another CT scan in 3 months. She agreed to that, and tells me I look great…….. in our meeting yesterday she wrote down the web address of my lymph massage person. I wondered if that was for her or if she was thinking of a patient. See? If we hold firmly to our path we can help others – even those oncologist! Actually what would we do without them? Who would do the surgery? I think we have to respect them and at the same time educate them!
