Flaxseed oil and energy

[email protected] #23 I've noticed ever since I began taking flaxseed oil with quark and/or cottage cheese (1 tbs to 1/4 cup twice a day) that I have more energy, physical and mental, than I had before. A friend who began this regimen recently had the same experience. IS this true of anyone else here? Joel
