The 2023 Lift Bridge Regatta is Coming!
Hello Fairport Crew Alumni! I hope you are doing well, wherever your journeys have taken you. My name is Sherri Frederick and I am the Volunteer Coordinator for Fairport Crew and also the Lift Bridge Regatta. This year, the regatta is being held on Saturday, September 23rd. We are very excited to already have several of our volunteer positions filled, but are really looking for some help from past rowers and family members who are still in the area. Our club is quite a bit smaller this season, so we are reaching out to everyone we can think of to make sure the regatta is a success. Please use the link below to see our current needs. We would love to have you select something that works for you. It would be great to see you again! If you know of others in the community who may be interested, please feel free to pass this information along. If you have any questions at all, please let me know. I can be reached through this email or by calling/texting me at 585-200-1737. Thanks so much for considering. Go Fairport Crew! This year it will be on Saturday, September 23rd. We need everyone's participation to make this event a success. All families are asked to sign up for multiple jobs so we can cover all of our needs. You are also welcome to ask extended family members or friends to help us out. It's a great way to help others in the community learn more about rowing. This sign up includes the many jobs we need covered in order to have a successful regatta. It includes all volunteer tasks for both Friday prep and Saturday during the regatta. There is no previous experience needed for any of these volunteer roles. The event coordinators will reach out to give you more information about your specific jobs and provide training if it is needed. Please let me know if there are any questions. Thank you in advance for all of your help! Sincerely, Doug McGee (Regatta Coordinator) and Sherri Frederick (Volunteer Coordinator) www.signupgenius.com
