Sounds like a great idea, if I was there I’d go. Not sure if anything is happening here or not.

Yeah, I think the closest one in Iowa is in Des Moines.? Here, they merged the Seattle march with the Olympia (State seat) one so they can bring it to the capital steps.? Uhhhh, I am not going to drive 2 hours for that.? Luckily, there is another march in a city about 40 minutes north.? Going with a good friend and bringing daughter.??

So about last night…Liz Cheney, WOW. ?I doubt I would agree with her on much of anything else, but she is putting her career and possibly even her own personal safety on the line in order to bring the truth to Americans who might not have been following this closely. She has nothing to gain and everything to lose fom this, she is the rest of the cowardly GOP’s worst nightmare. Profound respect.

I agree completely.? She'll go down in history for telling the truth and she's an excellent speaker/presenter which helps too.? I hope Republicans across the country tune in.? It's so shocking to hear any Republican in Congress tell the truth.? And, as the pundits say, the Committee is giving the DOJ their case.? That shot in the garage of the two militia leaders coordinating the attack was straight out of the movies. Thank God the documentary guy Quested cooperated. I hope more people across this country tune in for the rest of the hearings. Fox News should be prosecuted right along with Trump, imo.? I do worry about her personal safety and I hope she has security in place.?

Of course, I worry more about kids and teachers in schools.? It was good to march, although the problem is too much talking and not enough walking.? There were a couple of good speakers yesterday, but also a very angry State Democratic Rep, whose speech went off topic and she loudly blasted all Republicans, swearing and accusing, which riled up the heckler who showed up (just one-lol) and the police had to get involved (none of that was covered on the news, luckily).? And then, there are the speakers that drone on and on....I think the main issue with these marches is that they require permits for the routes and the routes are too short.? Still, better something than nothing.? Here's the local news spot on our little outing.??
