Racehorse enthusiasts believe there is a relationship between the?and the speed of a racehorse. Marianna Haun, after learning the scope of Secretariat’s heart, decided to investigate how this phenomenon occurred. Her research evolved into a series of books on racehorse’s heart size. Ms. Haun delves into the history of horses with large hearts and taces the genes that continue this trait to modern Thoroughbreds. Her first book is?The X Factor, What it is & how to find it: The Relationship Between Inherited Heart Size and Racing Performance. The book can be purchased? Ms. Haun’s third book is focused on Secretariat’s heart size and is aimed to help breeders develop horses with exceptional hearts. The book is appropriately titled,?Solving the Mystery of Secretariat’s Heart, and can be purchased. ![]() Stride mechanics?involves an analysis of a horse’s stride, stride rate, and stride angle.?Stride?is the distance a horse travels in a single leap.?Secretariat’s stride is estimated to be 25 feet. Fast horses can speed up their?without reducing the length of their strides. The?stride angle?is the distance between a horse’s front and back foot measured from the push-off point of the rear foot. You also love to do this because it makes you feel superior since you believe you are an individualist who doesn't follow the "party line". Typical cult stuff. Re: 4K
开云体育There's a video somewhere on YouTube by a colorist who does color grading for movies and TV shows including Netflix.? He showed the steps he goes through to color grade a show.? People were aghast at the original raw footage shot for a movie. The first step is he set the scene to be black and white because humans are more sensitive to contrast than color.? After that he adjusts the color.? The software he (and the industry) uses is open source.? He said the studios want the masters saved in formats that can't currently even be played on anything.? He finished by saying he'd really like to have TV that would last more than two years (before it is out of style). It's all about the money and keeping consumers hooked on buying new TVs.? 8K? Most people who have bought a new TV 40" or larger the last few years have a 4K TV.? Many don't know what content is available 4K.? Some streaming services mark their shows 4K but sometimes not even if the stream (which is nothing but a file) is 4K.? Reason it they probably reserve bandwidth for the ones marked 4K and if bandwidth is available the unmarked get streamed 4K too. This is mainly to avoid support calls asking "why am I not seeing this show in 4K?" A few years back I was helping out a small streaming company.? They showed a lot of B movies.? They told me they were already getting movies on portable terabyte hard drives with a 4K master.? There is a lot of 4K out there to watch. On 5/3/21 7:53 AM, WillyTex via

Re: For B2
Oh yes, CNN owned by Southern Bell otherwise known as AT&T.? I fired AT&T 3 years ago because they couldn't keep decent broadband up in my neighborhood.? Called the other monopoly Comcast.? The rep was here in 15 minutes.? I then went to Walmart (a mile away) and bought a modem/router rather than rent one from Comcast.? But Comcast is reliable and if they have an outage I change check with their phone app.? But outages are rare because if out so is TV for customers.
CNN, junk news for the peanut gallery.? Back in the 90s they called me once because the company I worked at was at the center of a national news story.? They actually said "it's a slow news day" but I had to pass them off to our PR department. When I was in India the TV often had CNN India on.? When I was flying out of Mumbai via business class in the business class lounge I looked over at the next table and there were the two CNN India anchors.? They were flying out for some meeting in Switzerland.
