Ken,

Visitors can enter XXX and press the CALL button. That will call phone number 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX? (the number in our records). After the connection is made and you confirm the identity of the person calling from the gate, simply press the 9 button to open the gate and disconnect the call. If you do not want to provide access to the caller, simply disconnect the call on your phone--the gate will not open.

If the phone number needs updating or you have problems with using this feature, let me know.
