Hello Ms. DoPadre,

Hope all is well.? Thank you for your email.

As you know, I'm out of country, ?you are correct my tenant moved and there is a new tenant renting my home. However, I know that the homeowners association fees are currently due .

If you could please email me the invoice or the amount due, I will ensure the payment is timely.

As far as a mailing address, I do not have one that would allow for the invoice to reach me timely as I'm in an area that is classified which would hinder a timely payment.

I think you may have inadvertently cc¡¯d the FERMID group mailbox regarding personal/private business? Recommend to remove the group mailbox to ensure privacy concerns.
