Sefer Otzar Plaos HaTorah on Shemos uses this pasuk regarding the mitzvah of laying Tefilin as a springboard to discuss how Siamese twins put on Tefilin.

In its its commentary on Sefer Beraishis, the sefer discusses halachic questions regarding conjoined twins, including: do they count as one or two regarding payments for the redemption of the first born males; how many portions they get from inheritances; how many people it counts as towards a minyan (quorum)?
