Because Automatic Link Enable scans multiple frequencies, these are not ideal radios because of the wear and tear on the PA filter relays
To prevent this you can configure your scan groups into segments so you can scan at lease some of of the channels some of the time
The bands are as follows
- 0.1Mhz - 1.8 MHz
- 1.8 MHz - 3.4 MHz
- 3.4 MHz ¨C 6.9 MHz
- 6.9 MHz ¨C 13.9 MHz
- 13.9 MHz ¨C 20.9 MHz
- 20.9 MHz ¨C 33 MHz
