Good morning Isabelle and Olivier, I am working on the update of the prospectus for 2024 with new logo and some new verbiage I am adding our partnership with the EDC in one paragraph about events that we organize. I am updating the contact info for membership to Maryline and will need a dedicated email if she does not have one yet. I went on to our website to see how the process was to buy a membership and realized that people cannot buy a membership online (and there is a button in French which could be very confusing for non-French speaking.) The image of Paris on the membership page should be changed with something that implies technology, future, space something business, not Paris and Romance. If I understand correctly, the Apply for Membership button that leads to the page with the Paris image and the button in French it is just to be on the mailing list and then someone from the board has to come back to the person and send them a link to pay or something if they want to become a member? Is this because you want to first vet the companies or people who want to become members? Because if there is no vetting, people and companies should be able to buy their membership directly on the website, immediately before we lose them in admin emailing back and forth. I tried to do a test (but it recognized my email address as already in the system so did not take me further) so I can't see if there are actual payment links or not. BUT what I saw is that all the error messages that came back on the form are in French. EVERYTHING must be in English, it is way too confusing for people. Please let me know if I missed something on the website. If I did not I strongly recommend that on the page that lists the 4 different kind of memberships, there is a DIRECT button to pay for each one so that once we have an interested person, he/she remains captive and finishes the transaction immediately without having to leave the site, and that the button "Apply for membership" be changed to "stay connected". We need a verbiage that says that once they are a member they will be automatically added to our mailing list and to potentially a closed members only platform where they will be able to exchange B to B and B to C within our platform. I was thinking of approaching a good friend of mine who has a engineering company that works with parks and has worked with KSC (on their shuttle exhibit) but I won't do it until we have an updated prospectus and a way to buy straight from the website in a way that looks more professional. So have you made a decision about the tag line for the banner so that tomorrow morning I can call back Vista Print and try to negotiate the new design? They are ok with redoing for free. I told them that I would take off the line around and they said OK no problem... so I am thinking if I add the QR code and the tag line they should be fine too... There may be a risk where they say no that they will only repay for the original design... Anyway whenever you are ready with the new tagline, pls send it my way! Have a great evening Isabelle

Hello Isabelle So if you are familiar with Slack, you'll get around groups.io super fast. I just created the topic, "Welcome to groups.io" and we can all exchange about that. You can always come back to the topic and add more. It will remain in the thread + you will receive an email with a copy of the message. You can always answer directly via email from your mail client, or come to the platform and answer here. So it is very easy to use. But at least the topics do not mix! Because we are not paying, we do not have a calendar or the possibility to add manually members but like I previously wrote, if you really like it and we grow, this will give our members a sense of belonging, because this communication gateway will be for "members only"...
