2 rigging questions:?
1) what’s the light, simple and strong enough spin tack line holder? I’m not willing to add a clutch to the deck for this. Is a cam cleat w/ integral line guide strong enough??
2) For synthetic capshrouds, what minimum length is needed in the lashings section to accommodate necessary adjustments for folding/unfolding? I’d like to bring the shroud’s terminal ring pretty close to the chainplate but don’t want to screw up with lashings too short to handle needed adjustments. (Theoretically I won’t need any folding adjustment since I moved the plates inboard per the Nelson/Ian discussion)…
