In today's world they would be lucky to get half of that for a non running car. It looks like a good car to restore but would need everything done again and at the price of restoration today there? is no way to come out financially on that car unless they gave it to you and you could do most of the work yourself. I wish some younger person could get the car and get it running? then paint it themselves and have a nice family hobby car but at that price it won't happen.
