Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome 21
I can not believe a Chapter that is supposed to be interested in aviation has no interest in seeing the roots/beginnings of aviation at this place. It seems that there is very little interest in taking a road trip together on a nice weather Sunday to take in the museum and an amazing airshow performance and good food. I will put out the suggestion once more. Please reply if anyone is interested. I for one have room for 3 more in my vehicle Any body? Bob Anderson Blue sky and green grass!

Saturday 2
We are a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots based at South Albany Airport, who get together with like minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so. Please come to our next meeting or event as our guest. Fly In/Drive In Pancake Breakfast Cancelled! The forecast looks poor. We are cancelling our planned pancake breakfast for Saturday, August 3, 2024. When we reschedule, we will post it here. Blue Skies!

602 cookout 5
Hello Folks, We're getting close to the end of the month and our 602 cookout up at Plateau Sky Ranch (1F2). As a reminder, the plan is to gather around noon on Saturday, 6/29, with a rain date of Sunday. A main course will be provided by the Chapter (burgers/dogs/chicken), but you are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Drinks are also appreciated. If you plan to attend, please reply to this email with a headcount and what you can bring. We don't want 12 potato salads :) I'm planning to bring a Key Lime pie. I also have some paper plates and plastic utensils that I'll bring along. Thanks, Ed

602 Tuesday Meeting 3
Hi all, A reminder that in addition to the BBQ next weekend, our normally scheduled Chapter meeting is this Tuesday, June 25 at Plateau Sky Ranch. Burgers, dogs, and drinks (soda, etc) will be avaliable around 6 PM, meeting to start at 7PM. Right now the weather forecast looks good. But we should have plenty of room in the hangar if it decides to rain. Hope to see you there! -Ed
