As we're getting settled into the new house we finally ordered a new
mill.? As a refresher, we closed our business after 39 years and sold
our house in 2021 and were hanging out with friends until we were
allowed to travel. We arrived at our new home in August of 2022 and it's
been hectic to say the least.

Anyway, the new home has a nice shop attached that's HEATED and also has
a skylight and windows for summer air.? Also has 380V 3 phase power.

We've started teaching kids through adults about CAD and 3D printing.
Next will be laser engraving/cutting, CNC milling, general machine shop,
etc.

We also incorporated here as an OOO (LLC), no easy task for former
Americans during the time of sanctions.? So, we'll be back to selling
stuff in 2022 as soon as all the paperwork settles down.

So, the new mill?? We were going to get a Zx50C but decided instead on
this one with all the options.? The new mill was custom assembled and is
ready to ship, they even sent pictures of it.



Also ordered a new lathe, although that has nothing to do with this
group.? The lathe is in shipping, it got misrouted just before getting
here, but it should be here "soon".



Time to start welding up stands for the horizontal bandsaw and lathe, I
also have to modify a pulley for the 3 phase motor that was given to me
for the saw.

I hope all have a good year, we'll try to not cause too much trouble.

??? ??? Both of those machines look like pretty stout units , I was
surprised when I saw what the distance between canters was on the lathe
. So I see on their site that they are brewing their own clone of a
Multi-Fix tool holder . Those are a option when you buy the lathe ?
