DORAN - DANIELS Family Photograph

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Sarah Josephine DORAN MULLETT which was taken at the Angel Studio in Neosho, MO. It appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Susan likely in her teens or 20's. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Sarah and her family:

?

Sarah Josephine “Josie” DORAN was b. 8 Jul 1875 in Bunceton, MO to parents Benjamin Franklin DORAN (1837-1900) and Lucy DANIELS (1833-1924).? Josephine was one of 5 children born to this couple including, Lucy A. J. “Lula”; William “Willis” Franklin Benjamin; Sarah Josephine “Josie”; Mary Belle; and one other, all born between 1864 and 1885.? Josephine married Clifford “Cliff” Elmer MULLETT (1879-1965) on 31 Dec 1907 in Bunceton, MO and they had a daughter Josephine MULLETT (b. 1910).? Josephine died 28 Apr 1945 in Bunceton, MO and is buried in the Masonic Cemetery in Bunceton.? Her obituary lists a sister Mrs. Lula DORAN JAMES of Bunceton, MO; and her daughter Miss Josephine MULLETT of St. Louis, MO.

?

I am hoping to locate someone from her family so that the photograph can be returned to their care.? If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.

?

Thanks

Shelley

It looks like Lucy Daniels was born in England in the 1830s and her family emigrated to Missouri between 1850 and 1860. She did have siblings in Missouri, though, so maybe there are some Daniels who will recognize the names in your query. Thanks for posting to the Daniel group. Good luck..
