My hosting provider has suffered a storage system error due to a bug in their cloud software which caused data corruption in their back end database servers. All data is backed up, so no data has been lost, but the software bug also impacted their automated restore process so they have to manually do restores one server at a time. This is a time consuming process, but they are making significant progress and should be back on line soon. In the mean time, your data is available on your personal Family Tree DNA web site if you have an account.
This is the first time in the eleven years that I have used this provider that they have had an issue that impacted the availability of their service, which is impressive.
When our server is restored, I will send an update.
