Abraham Daniel (1734 - 1798) born in Middlesex, VA

Hello, does anyone have a connection to Abraham Daniel (1734-1798)??

I realize these Wiki sites are unreliable sometimes, but according to this page he was born in Middlesex Virginia, and there is a Y-DNA test result (M-269).

WikiTree is not unreliable.? The families put up there need accurate sources and many members work to maintain the integrity?of the site.?

There are constant connecting, sourcing and cleaning events to maintain?the accuracy of the family trees available there.? Much better than Ancestry or Family Search where anything goes.??

I don't know if this is the correct Abraham you seek, but I found this information at Middlesex, Virginia, Daniel descendants?by Robert Neville Mann and Cathrine Cleek Mann. It lists siblings and parents of Abraham born in 1734

Thank you, Laura. That seems to match the birth date and area.

Hi, Dave,
The Y-DNA test at Abraham's page on WikiTree is from a descendant of his brother, Josiah.
In all these years, I only recall one bit of descendant talk from Abraham, I think from descendants of his son Leonard. I've traced somewhat down through about the 1950s (born) on Abraham's line, but have not been in contact with anybody.
The error at the wikitree is in giving Abraham's father a middle name of Earl. There is no evidence whatsoever in any records. It popped up a few years ago and is still being spread, although consistently debunked.
