Gordon is impressed that the turkey burger is moist and even calls it "delicious." Tiffany loves the chorizo in the dish, but the caesar salad is awkwardly plated. Joe says it's the best turkey burger he's ever had in his life. However, he slams the salad, which still contains the rusty knot at the base of the iceberg lettuce head. Kevin and Trey: Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Carrots, and Brandy Peppercorn Sauce. Gordon says it's "elegant" and "looks good." The steak is cooked and seasoned well, but the sauce is a bit "over-reduced." Tiffany compliments the carrots, saying the have good texture and are well-seasoned. Joe appreciates the technique and calls the dish "spot on." Winners: Kevin and Trey Battle 3 Milah and Lisa (glam-mas) vs. Tonna and Cait (mother and daughter) Milah and Lisa: Carolina Sea Scallops with Pureed Parsnips, Peas, Hearts of Palm, and Candied Plums. Tiffany calls it "modern and hip" and Gordon compliments the cook on the scallops. However, there's too much "sweet" on the plate without enough acid.
