The Challenge Tasked with coming up with their own take on a classic Wellington, the final five must think outside the box ¡ª so they'll have 35 minutes. As last week's top chefs, Bobby and Brandon have full run of the Top Level. Brandon uses his time token to target Beatrice, taking 10 seconds away from her at the platform. Beatrice promises she'll "still kick his ass." She'll cook in the Middle Level with Austin while Megan tries to Wellington her way out of the Basement. When the platform descends to the Top Level, Brandon grabs venison loin and Bobby snags a pork tenderloin. On the Middle Level, Austin uses his 10-second head start on Beatrice to pick up a veal tenderloin. When she reaches the platform, Gordon talks her out of the lobster tail, so she grabs salmon instead. That leaves Megan with the lobster tail in the Basement. "This is going to be a tough one," says the last home chef standing. As they're cooking the most stressful dish of their lives, emotional video messages from home surprise the chefs. Reminded of why they're fighting to become the Next Level Chef, the top five shift into another gear as they put the finishing touches on their Wellingtons. Top TwoThe two chefs who cooked the best Wellingtons and advance straight into the finale are Austin and Beatrice. They called Austin's veal tenderloin Wellington "utter perfection," "seasoned beautifully," and "truly stunning." Beatrice's salmon Wellington was "elegant," "vibrant," and "colorful." The judges told Megan her lobster Wellington was "so close," but she slightly overdid it with the pork p?t¨¦. Final ChallengeBobby, Brandon, and Megan will cook one more time for a spot in the finale. The task is simple ¡ª use everything that they've learned to cook a Michelin star dish. They have just 25 minutes. Megan's filet mignon with mushrooms and spinach is perfectly cooked, but could use a touch more sauce. Bobby's halibut with mushrooms served on a bed of kale is vibrant and beautifully cooked, but the sauce is a bit heavy. Brandon's rack of lamb on a bed of potato puree is unevenly cooked, but the seasoning and cherry sauce are on point. Both Nyesha and Richard chose Megan's filet as the best, so she'll join Austin and Beatrice in the finale. EliminationsBobby, the 38-year-old social media chef from Florida, and Brandon, the 36-year-old professional chef from Chicago, have been eliminated.
