Dalton spare parts

Dennis Turk

Hi All

I am in the process of down sizing the heard of Dalton's at the Turk
works in Oregon. If any of you have a specific need of parts please
email me and I will see if I can find what you need. I have maybe 10
lathes that I would consider parts lathes so fee free to ask. Yes I do
have a few extra change gears but darn few as I haves sold off most of
my extras long ago.

Dennis,

I could use a cover for the change gears and also the guard over the the left end of the back gear/spindle for the? 7-1/4" lathe.

Thanks, Ralph

Sorry Ralph I forgot to ask does your lathe use the one piece or two piece back gear guard and is the end door a two piece or one piece?

Hmmm.. now I know what you mean about two piece... My change gear cover apparently is two piece and has a different upper piece, that accomodates a guard for a quick change collet? operator. I can't seem to locate my lower door right now, but it is missing a chunk out of it.? I wouldn't mind a standard upper piece, since I doubt I'll be using the quick release collet adapter.

The guard over the back gear/spindle would look like the one in the referenced picture.

Thanks, Ralph
