Hi Dennis, I can vouch for Andy's belts. He made me one and it works incredible. I believe the width is 15/16" not 1" which makes a big difference if your machine and countershaft are slightly miss

Hi Mark Here is what I put on John Glands Dalton and it worked out just fine. Your right the 100 or even the 075 size is to big. This one is built for 6 to 8 inch lathes. Turk
