Why AEB?

This industry is a rollercoaster. One day it’s crickets, the next it’s chaos. But here’s the truth: Work exists, connections matter, and adaptability is everything. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this is your chance to shift gears, learn from those thriving in uncertain times, and start taking action.

Don’t wait for the wave—create it. See you at the mastermind!

MASTERMIND HOST:?AEB was?founded by Film & TV Producer, who?enjoys?sharing knowledge, contacts and resources through AEB while always rooting for the underdog!

Why form AEB??

Our industry is tough! Lots of ups and downs. Lots of folks saying "No gigs here," "Might pack up and leave." That doesn't sit right with me. Honestly, its a downer. I know there are creatives out there nailing it. So, where are they hiding? Who are these magicians making it work?
?
This is why AEB came to life. Its not just about sparking a bit of hope; it about blasting a spotlight on those sneaky opportunities and the wizards behind them. Right now, it feels like our world's a bit topsy-turvy. There’s a bit too much doom and gloom with everyone echoing, "No jobs around." But here's the scoop – there ARE gigs, there ARE chances to shine. We just gotta be a bit more like water – flexible. Time to pick up some new tricks, maybe even swap a few stories with those in our circle who keep the vibes positive.
?
And here's my pledge to you: AEB isn’t going anywhere. We’re here to keep the lights on those chances to leap forward in our craft. Creativity’s in a bit of a tango right now – always moving, always shaking. You’ve got two choices: get swept away or dance with it. I say, let's dance.
