This campaign celebrates the inspiring ¡°1 in 8¡± story ¡ª honoring those who started at ²Ñ³¦¶Ù´Ç²Ô²¹±ô»å¡¯²õ and went on to lead in their fields. We¡¯re looking for dynamic, proud former ²Ñ³¦¶Ù´Ç²Ô²¹±ô»å¡¯²õ crew members who can authentically share their story ¡ª whether they¡¯ve built a strong social media following or are leaders in their industry or community. Hispanic and/or Latino heritage 18+ years old Currently based in the United States Previously worked at ²Ñ³¦¶Ù´Ç²Ô²¹±ô»å¡¯²õ Not currently employed at ²Ñ³¦¶Ù´Ç²Ô²¹±ô»å¡¯²õ Positive feelings about their time working at ²Ñ³¦¶Ù´Ç²Ô²¹±ô»å¡¯²õ Notable career success (examples include: social media influencer, entrepreneur, artist, educator, CEO, activist, athlete, musician, public speaker, or professional in a respected industry)
