ABOUT THE ACTING CLASS?
This one-day online acting workshop will focus on Guest Star and Co-Star Auditions for Episodic Television Auditions.?
Actors will be assigned scenes to prepare via self-tape a few days prior to class and will have a chance to receive critiques and adjustments from casting professionals in a relaxed and safe environment. In addition, each actor will work one-on-one with an assigned reader and will perform live via Zoom simulating a virtual callback scenario.?
A question and answer session will be offered to go over common and individual questions from each actor who participates.?
ABOUT THE CASTING PROFESSIONALS?
ABBY GRUENEWALD has moved up the casting community in just a few short years having worked for many high-level casting offices in Los Angeles for episodic television and studio feature film searches. Shows and Films Abby has worked on include STATION 19 (ABC/DISNEY), STAR TREK: SECTION 31, and FIRE COUNTRY (CBS). She has also been an associate casting director and casting director for numerous Texas Narrative Short Films and Commercial Advertisements.
KENDALL BRASHEAR has worked as a high-level casting assistant and extras casting coordinator for numerous casting offices in Texas and Los Angeles. She continues to segue between narrative feature films and episodic television casting.?
Both Abby and Kendall are proud graduates of the Texas State University Theater Program.?
