April 14, 1945 President Roosevelt's funeral train arrives in Washington DC from Warm Springs. It will arrive in Hyde Park later today. The train runs in two sections, the first 13 cars for Congress, the Supreme Court and diplomats. The second 17 cars are for the funeral party, family, President Truman and the Cabinet.
