Masonite Advent woofer: Broken solder between voice coil wire and connector wire

A few months ago I feared that one of the woofers on my main pair of DQ-10s (the pair that has the original woofers with the masonite ring) had broken beyond repair. In particular, I feared that the voice coil had burned out, since the tester measured infinite resistance between the two woofer connectors. After various tests, however, I managed to understand that the problem was in the soldering on the cone where the voice coil wire comes out (see photo). After re-soldering very carefully to avoid burning the cone, the woofer started working normally again. I hope this message can be useful to someone who has the same problem. Trying to repair the original woofer, in fact, is also important because, as I reported in another post of mine sent today, the full metal basket Advent woofer has the cone set back compared to that of the original woofer and it would therefore be necessary to mount it forward with respect to the panel.
