DQ-1W As Powered Subwoofers
I've had my DQ-10s, DQ-1Ws, and a DQ-LP1 since the '80s. My DQ-LP1 has a loose connection somewhere in the RCA jacks - I tried, without success, re-soldering the connectors to the PC board. Anyway,

Re: DQ-20 capacitor list for recapping purposes?
Good day all,
I have a set of Dalquist-10 speakers and want to know if anyone has the original stands for sale for the DC-10 and would be willing to ship to CA, if possible.
Thank you all in advance

I have several pairs of Dahlquists and just acquired a pair of DQ-20s. I’ve recapped many speakers and would like to know people’s experience with recapping the DQ-20s. What type and value of

Re: Long Island
Have you looked at the Regnar site lately? Not that it was ever impressive, but now it presents like something I'd have cobbled together in 1999. What a train wreck. There's also a prominent message

Re: Long Island
I’ve forgotten the Regnar fellow’s name, but, found him to be knowledgeable and helpful. Nevertheless, I tried to get in touch with him maybe two years ago and wasn’t able to, had heard that he

I don’t think the guy wants to be bothered. You ship. He fixes. And ships stuff back.

Re: Long Island
Are to talking about Regnar, or what I believe was the factory that doesn’t exit any more in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. ?Regnar comes for me as up as an empty lot in Patchogue.

Re: Long Island
I would let it go for 225 with the crossover. Last time I looked at it it
was in excellent condition.

Re: Long Island
I brought it up on Google Maps years ago. Looks rather depressing. Run-down industrial park next to a highway.

Re: Long Island
Does anyone need a a M&k sub with the passive cross over. I believe that
this preceded the DQ1 sub. I have 1 for sale.

Re: Long Island
So how nice is nice?? :-)? I have a great pair of mirror-imaged DQ10's with stands, but they are somewhat cosmetically challenged...? I'm "really" looking for DW-1 subwoofers.

Re: Long Island
You cannot even deliver items for repairs -- you'll not get any answer if
you went there.
Everything has to be posted in and then you wait patiently.

There’s no walk in show room there! There’s no walk in store. It’s a very
bare bones operation.

Re: Long Island
I don't think you can go "shopping" there, it's not a retail establishment.
If you or anyone is interested, since you'll be passing through and I'm
also on Long Island, I have a nice pr of DQ10's
