Hi all, My Spot Collector has stopped working. It was rolling along fine and, a few days ago, it stopped collecting spots. I get spots from 2 spot sources, both Telnet DX Clusters. When Spot Collector connects to them, I see plenty of spots coming through from them, but nothing shows in Spot Collector, even with no filters on and all bands checked. When I enable PacketCluster spots, which I have disabled because of the volume, I get a message that says it is not connected and “SC_WSJTX has reported an error; the WSJT-X spot source has been disabled” I hadn’t changed anything that I’m aware of with it stopped working and I’m stumped as to how to troubleshoot the problem. This error just came up when starting DXK. Something must of changed but don't know what. Under Network Service I changed the Base Port to 52005 and that error went away. Any thoughts? I using a Flex 6400 with WSJT-X FT-8 set to DXLabs Suite Commander. John N1JM

It appears I worked W1AW/7 in Washington state on 2/26/2014 @ 18:24Z. I think the error I got refers to the county in Washington where the station was located. The error is: Broken: ARRL Section WA is inconsistent with DXCC Entity K and State WA and County WA,Okanogan Is there any way to determine where the heck this station was located so I can correct this error? 73, Bob KB4CL

Recently, I attempted to upload QSO's for the special N4L callsign (for the Georgia QSO Party). Since this is a special call sign, I have certificates only for the dates of the QSO Party, one for each year. Evidently, I never got around to uploading the Qs for last year, so the upload included Qs for 2024 and 2025. LOTW selected the certificate for 2024, and rejected the 2025 Qs because they were outside of the dates for the 2024 certificate. I changed APP_DXKeeper_LotW_QSL_SENT to 'R' for the 2025 GQP Qs, and attempted to re-upload to LOTW. Of course, I got the message that there were were duplicate QSOs in the upload, and the upload was rejected. How do I get these rejected QSOs uploaded? Ben -- Ben Coleman nj8j@... I reviewed the QSL info in the documentation and can’t quite find what I’m looking for. Lately I’ve been getting electronic QSLs emailed to me. I’d like to be able to print QSO details on an electronic image (jpg file) ready for emailing. No need for labels or printing to paper. Can this be done in DX Lab Suite? About the application's affinity being transient. There is at least one way to set the affinity with DXLab Launcher. Here is the command line that I use to start WSJT-X in the Apps Started Before DXLab Apps tab: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /C start /affinity 0x7 C:\Users\Public\wsjtx_2_7_0\bin\wsjtx.exe This sets the affinity to processors 0, 1 and 2. The hex code 0x7 is a bit mask where LSB represents CPU0, the next bit CPU1 and so on. So for example for CPUs 2 and 3 you would use hex code 0x0C. Here is how I start SpotCollector from the Apps Started After DXLab Apps tab: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /K start /affinity 0x8 c:\Users\Public\DXLab\SpotCollector\SpotCollector.exe I use the option /K, which leaves the window for cmd.exe running, beacuse otherwise I couldn't terminate SpotCollector with the Launcher. Termination method Close would need a static main window caption, which SpotCollector doesn't have and the kill method needs a running parent process (cmd.exe) for the Termination to work. So I choose the kill method in the Launchers Termination box. I have of course disabled SpotCollector in the Launcher's DXLab Apps tab. I've been away and finally got to importing 2400 WPX SSB Q's into DXkeeper. After import I did lotw "add requested" and then 2566 Q's were recorded as sent to lotw. approx 58000 Q's in the log. Then I noticed something that I've never used or seen before that DXkeeper "filter" box was set to show only lotw confirmed. I have no idea how the filter got set, but I had updated to the latest sw and databases prior to starting the importing of the adif. Sure enough all Q's after 1/16/2025 were not shown in DXkeeper. After 2/8/2025 I had also imported roughly 1000 Q's from WPX RTTY and sent those to lotw. After a bit of searching for how to turn of the "lotw confirmed" filter, I cleared it with no change in DXkeeper displayed log (still ended 1/16/2025) CTRL plus X clear made no change. Both adif's were imported from N1MM contest logs. Trying BAK log files also had no change, all after 1/16/2025 were missing. I suspect 1/16/2025 the last lotw upload btw. So I'm stuck in not seeing several thousand Q's which were uploaded to lotw but invisible to DXkeeper. How do I fix this?? Hypothesis: DXkeeper got stuck in displaying only lotw confirmed Q's when I imported the WPX SSB adif with the filter set. Clearing the filter now doesn't work. Grant KZ1W

Today I worked TX9A in FT-8 everthing was logged in wsjtx adif file, where also 5 other qso, which where imported to dxkeeper already, are in. Usually the other 5 qsos are skipped, not so in this case, when the last one is "illegal" he imports the 5 and the illegal one 73 Alex, OE3JTB

Hello, nice to see this group about DxLab. I've just upgraded my 'very' old version of DXLab and after some trouble with Active X I can't start Commander. The first thing is the error coming from the missing Radio Model. I search about this missing parameter in the MDB, in txt files, and in Registry, but I don't find it. So where is stored the Radio model in this software? After acknowledge this error I get a error 9 and the program exist them self. I don't find any information about the stored parameters. Is there somebody having answer? ON4RM 73

I did a clean up duplicate files on my DXLab computer and removed a lot of the DX Lab files.. I reinstalled the DXLab Suite and then did a update, but not every thing has come back. When I run a Recompute Actions report -- All my qso are listed as the "Broken: ARRL Section ___ is inconsistent with DXCC Entity K and State ___ and County ___,______ . I checked and all the US States have been changed as well as the County.. It appears Call, Date, band. Mode, DXCC ID (all 291) DXCC (All United States. I having another problem, but I will submit it after I get this resolved.. Thanks Dan KX7DX

Hi DXLab, I've done some of my own "scripts" scanning WSJT-X adi files (creating import *.adif-files) and I have a wish that that I could import those in DXKeeper from directly via a command line instead via DXKeeper menus (works fine..). It would be a another interface to communicate with DXKeeper... like cmd: DXKImport.exe /f adif-file [optional parameters]. If this is doable I would be a lucky guy ! Best rgds/73 SM0FGT - Keijo
