I was sitting in a long and boring Skype meeting so I started keying in some bureau QSLs (first making sure I was on mute so they don't hear my super awesome G.Skill mechanical keyboard).
+ That explains the recent spike in enhancement requests.
Being a somewhat active contester I receive lots of QSLs from big operations that all say no need to reply. Regardless I like to update the log entries for each with as few keystrokes as possible.
Ctrl-Alt-B works great, but requires one fix-up to change the QSL Sent field from R to N so I don't unnecessarily generate a label.
Looking at the help file, it appears their might be room for a Hotkey "Ctrl-Alt-N" with the following definition:
*
sets the current QSO's QSL received <> item to Y (yes)
*
sets the current QSO's QSL date received <> item to the current UTC date
*
if an outgoing QSL card was not previously sent, sets the current QSO's QSL sent <> item to "N" (Not Needed)
*
sets the current QSO's QSL rcvd via <> to B (bureau)
*
saves the current QSO
+ With the mouse cursor in the Filter panel textbox, Ctrl-Alt-F works like Ctrl-Alt-B but does not change the QSO's "QSL sent" item.
<'s%20Filter%20textbox>
+ So unless you previously set the QSO's "QSL Sent" item to 'R', it should do what you want. Acceptable?
