How often are LoTW database updates created.

+ The information reported by LoTW's "membership API" is updated every
Sunday. Using an application that invokes this API, I typically create and
distribute a new LoTW database every other Sunday.

For example, W8PP last upload to LoTW was 03 09 2020 yet he is not in the
latest ?(02/23/202) update.
Does that mean perhaps that he just joined at a time after that one was
created. I see several calls that CLAIM to use LoTW on QRZ postings but are
not in the DB. I assume that most of those are because they have not
uploaded for a long time.

+ If you enter a Callsign in DXView's Main window, it displays the date of
last loTW upload based on the most recent LoTW database, the creation date
of which is shown on the Databases tab of DXView's Configuration windo.
