“Add Requested” tab not working

I’ve used DXlab for many years with zero issues. Today, when trying ?to upload to LOTW, I get a pop up stating “ no QSO’ whose LOTW QSL
sent items are set to R and station calling items set to K6CTA”. Nothing is added to the queue. The only way to upload is to right click on the entry and select upload to LOTW:(my QTH)
something has changed, but I can’t figure out what and how to fix it….any help is appreciated?
?
thanks

+ First, some questions:

1. In TQSL's Main window,

1a . how many "Callsign Certificates" are displayed on the "Callsign Certificates" tab?

1b. how many "Station Locations" are displayed on the "Station Locations" tab?

2. On the "my QTH" tab of DXKeeper's Main window, how many different "my QTHs" are defined?

3. In the TQSL panel at the bottom of the "QSL Configuration" window's LoTW tab,

3a. what "station location" is specified?

3b. what "station callsign" is specified?

+ On the "QSL Configuration" window's LoTW tab, is the "Initialize LoTW Sent to 'R' for each logged or imported QSO" box checked?

Well….it’s now working as normal. No idea what happened, but all ok. I unchecked and then rechecked the “Sent to R” box and that fixed it….
?
thanks for the guidance!

+ With "QSL Via" set to LoTW at the top of the Main window's QSL tab, the "Add Requested" function will populate the QSL Queue with each QSO whose "LoTW QSL Sent" item is set to 'R' and whose "Station Callsign" item matches the "Station Callsign" you specified in the TQSL panel at the bottom of the "QSL Configuration" window's LoTW tab.
