LoTW and WAS sync
CJ Johnson - WT2P
I am trying to get DXKeeper to be in sync with LOTW when it comes to awards tracking. I recently applied for 5B WAS and it was completed by the awards desk and shows up in LoTW. For example, 10M was the last band for 5BWAS, but there are about 30 states in the realtime award tracking window that shows the status as "Confirmed" and some states that show it was "Verified".. I think these should all be "verified" since they were accepted and processed by the awards desk. I also see this same thing on some other bands (160, etc.) where the award has been issued but the status hasn't updated to say "verified"
What am I missing? I know I'm overlooking something here. All Q's are done via LOTW, no paper cards here. WT2P |
开云体育Do you have on your LotW Awards page you have any ‘New LotW QSLs’ in that column? ? - 73 and good DX de Mike, , Secretary ? From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of CJ Johnson - WT2P

You're right.
I only was looking at the 5 Band award. There are still 50 QSL's for 10M, so I probably have to go and do that separately. Seems weird but ok, it's not a DXK issue. I do have a thing on 160 though. New LoTW QSL's are 0, WAS Credits Awarded 50 5 states on 160 still show C instead of V though. |
开云体育A lot of LotW processing is not real-time. ?I’m sure there is batch processing that occurs at various times throughout the cycle.? Give it a day or two then check again. ? If still no change, then an email to the help desk at LotW is in order. ? - 73 and good DX de Mike, , Secretary ? From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of CJ Johnson - WT2P

All Q's are done via LOTW, no paper cards here. + The ARRL does not provide a programmatic interface that would enable an application like DXKeeper to determine which of your confirmed QSOs have been granted WAS award credit. + As described in the reference documentation <> + and the task-oriented documentation <> + if you direct DXKeeper to generate a WAS submission, then after the ARRL informs you that your submitted QSOs have been granted WAS award credit, you can with one mouse click direct DXKeeper to update those logged QSOs to reflect their WAS award credit by setting their "WAS VFY" items to 'V'. + If you didn't use DXKeeper to generate your WAS submission, then your only recourse is to manually set each QSO's "WAS VFY" item to 'V'. 73, Dave, AA6YQ |

This was what I was looking for Dave!
I remember doing this a long time ago (over a year). I read through and did the steps and now everything is in sync with what LoTW is displaying. Bookmarking this since I will have to do it again for 12, 17 and 30 meters in probably a couple months Thanks! WT2P |
