I've somehow gotten things completely screwed up as I once had this wonderful setup working, panadapter. DX Keeper logging and all. Now not only are things not working at all but when I close Commander and try to reopen it Windows tells me it's already open and Windows Task Manager says it isn't. I need to get this working if possible before field day so any help will be appreciated. Some days I year for the more simple world we once lived in hi hi!
+ As a first step, please reboot Windows, and then start Commander. Does Commander start, and is it able to control and track your IC-9700?
