DX Commander frequency not appearing in DXkeeper capture window
hi all, I have just installed DX Commander and DX Keeper in a new computer. Both are working fine except the radios frequency seen on DX Commander is not seen on DX Keepers capture window. I just have to manually put the frequency in DX keepers capture window. Does anyone know how to fix this

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýWayne The frequency is not shown until you start to type a callsign in the capture window or click on the ? button beside "tx freq".? Is that what you are seeing or is the frequency never shown? Greg VK3VT On 10/06/2020 18:37, Wayne Newport

JTDX is connected via DX Commander and is getting the frequency info ok. cheers + What version number is shown in the title bar of DXKeeper's Main window? + With Commander running, to the immediate right of DXKeeper's version number in its Main window's title bar, what letters are enclosed in square brackets? 73, Dave, AA6YQ |

hi Dave, thanks for the quick reply. The version in DXKeeper is 15.6.0. with Commander running there is no letters enclosed in brackets.? + OK. As a diagnostic experiment, please boot Windows into "Safe Mode with Networking". Then start Commander and DXKeeper. Ignore Commander's complaints about not being able to connect to your radio (device drivers are not loaded when Windows is booted this way). Are there now letters between square brackets in the title bar of DXKeeper's Main window? + To boot Windows 10 into "Safe Mode with Networking", see < + To boot Windows 7 or 8 into "Safe Mode with Networking", see < + At the completion of the experiment, reboot Windows "normally". ? |
