Results of a recent LotW Application has me a bit puzzled

开云体育

Hi Folks,

?

There is clearly a gap in my understanding about DXKeeper and LoTW status after a recent LotW application.

?

I recently submitted an ARRL application to apply the QSLs in the “New LoTW QSLs” category to my DXCC Account.

?

After my application had been processed, these credits moved to “LoTW QSLs in Process” status and were each noted in LotW with red checkmarks.

?

After a couple of days, these credits were added to the totals of “DXCC Credits Awarded” and are reflected in the totals of “Total (All)” and “Total (Current)” and are each noted with a green check.

?

So far, so good …

?

The QSLs noted with a green check mark and still green after a few days and my DXCC Verification Discrepancies report shows each of these green-checked QSLs as a discrepancy, with Log Status = C and ARRL Status = V.

?

I assume that Log Status = C means Confirmed within DXKeeper, and that ARRL Status = V means Verified within LotW.?? I think I understand that ARRL Status = V Means that the QSLs have been applied to my DXCC Account.

?

Will these discrepancies be resolved by some further processing of my application within LotW, or is there something I need to do in DXKeeper to resolve them???

?

Is there something more I need to do within LotW to resolve them?

?

I’d really like to understand what I’m seeing and why I’m seeing these discrepancies.

?

Thanks!!

Hi Mike,

if you used DXKeeper to generate your new LoTW credit submission then see steps 7 & 8 in "Generating an LotW Submission" here:

If you submitted your confirmations for credit without using DXKeeper to compile the submission then see this article:

Hi Mike,
if you used DXKeeper to generate your new LoTW credit submission then see
steps 7 & 8 in "Generating an LotW Submission" here:

If you submitted your confirmations for credit without using DXKeeper to
compile the submission then see this article:

+ For DXCC credits created in response to a DXCC application submitted via
LoTW, clicking the "Sync LoTW QSLs" button on the Main window's QSL tab
(with the "QSL Via" panel set to LoTW) should prompt LoTW to report all
newly-issued DXCC Credits since the last time you invoked "Sync LoTW QSLs".
DXKeeper will respond to such reports by setting the QSO's "LoTW QSL Rcvd"
items to 'V' (meaning "DXCC Credit Granted").

I also tried "Sync LoTW QSLs" filtered by one of the callsigns, but no joy

What's weird is that I'm seeing LotW QSLs from years ago with green
checkmarks, so I can't figure what's going on.

+ That does not direct LOTW to report the "status" of that QSO.

+ To update a logged QSO with its LoTW status, right-click its entry in the
Log Page Display as select "Update from LoTW" in the popup menu".

What's weird is that I'm seeing LotW QSLs from years ago with green

+ In what section of what application are you seeing green checkmarks?

In LotW ... I submitted an application for 33 recent QSLs and now many QSLs
- some back to 2014 - have green check marks. Email to LotW help trying to
understand what's happening.

I've just run DXK > Credits > AutoLink and have resolved all my
discrepancies.
